Hello, my name is Jennifer O. I have been working as a home carer for several years and have gained invaluable experience in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with various needs. As a female carer, I have been fortunate enough to work with clients who needed live-in, hourly, and overnight care.
Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals facing challenges such as Mild Cognitive Impairment, being bedbound, experiencing anxiety and depression, and having poor or declining mobility. My expertise lies in providing assistance with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, and dressing. I am also well-versed in providing companionship and support in cooking delicious and nutritious meals.
Outside of work, I enjoy engaging in activities that promote my own well-being and creativity. Painting, walking, dancing, cooking, and baking are all hobbies that bring me joy and help me relax. I also enjoy solving puzzles as they challenge my mind and help me stay mentally sharp.
While I am unable to drive and do not own a car, I make up for it with my dedication and skills in providing outstanding care. I am caring, friendly, and always ready to lend a helping hand. My passion for helping people lead independent lives is what motivated me to pursue a career in care, and it continues to drive me to provide the best support possible.
Additionally, I have a preference for cats as pets, as their presence brings a sense of warmth and comfort to any home. I believe that pets can enhance the well-being of individuals, and I am more than happy to provide care and attention to any furry companions.
